As a videographer I’ve had to become a gear nerd. I have favourite lights, tripods, microphones and cameras. I’ve compiled a list of my go to gear here. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
Lights:
Large Round Light. This light provides big even light that mimics natural light.
Smaller Round Light. I recommend the larger light but if you need a smaller one then this will work.
2 lights. If you need 2 lights then these are the ones I use.
Phone Tripods/Gimbals:
Phone Tripod. I love this one because it’s tall enough and I can adjust the position with the flexible arm.

Other Gear:
Camera Backpack. I fit my cameras and my laptop in this backpack and I was able to take it on the airplane as a carry on so that I could keep my gear from being checked luggage.
